Shipping
All orders are shipped from Las Vegas, NV. Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days. During any ongoing promotions please allow 7-10 days for shipping. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed along with an additional email once your order has been shipped.
Please note Le Muse is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. As we are shipping to the adress that was provided when the order was placed. Stolen packages are non-refundable. If you have any questions please email our help center.
International Orders
Yes! We ship Internationally/Worldwide via USPS Priority mail/ UPS. Please note, customs and duties taxes are to be paid by the buyer. Le Muse does not cover customs and duties taxes at this time.
Exchanges
In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged or mislabeled items may be exchanged for the proper item or size within 10 days of the order being received. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of items. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. For international exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order.
Returns
Orders can be returned within 7 days of the order being received. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Le Muse E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of the items. All returned items must be in new unworn condition. We are unable to accept returns after 7 days from time of order received. Damaged Items
If your item is damaged please reach out to us through email at [email protected]
Please do so within 5 days of receiving your package. We will gladly look into the issue to try and resolve the issue. Please note for any damaged items you will need to provide proof of damage. Please not Le Muse is not resposible for any damage during the shipping process. You will need to contact the carrier for any damage.
